Participants will join colleagues who share a focus in one of these opportunity areas for Maine to hear about examples of collective work currently underway. Funders and their organizational partners will share their candid assessments of what it takes to begin working with a collective mindset, what barriers might be encountered, what it means for an organization to adapt new working strategies, and what benefits have resulted from working within a collective framework.
